What are your hours?

We are open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Thursday. On Fridays we are open from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Our fax line 800-621-0951 and web site www.daynesupply.com are available 24 hours a day.

If I fax an order, what is the turn around time?

We check for faxes every half-hour and will confirm the receipt of your order by fax with stock check and ship date. Most faxes received before 1:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day.

What if I make a mistake on my order and need a return?

Standard components carry full credit, subject to our inspection. Non-stock items have a 15% restocking charge, Mold bases and die sets carry a 25% restocking charge. Specials are not returnable.

What methods of payment do you have?

We do not accept credit cards at this time. You can pay C.O.D with a company check or cash. An account can be established by sending a credit application. Upon approval, our terms are net 30 days.
